Join us for Maple Weekend Pancake Breakfast March 18 & 19 and 25 & 26 hours 9:00 to 1:00. Suggested donation $7.00 a portion of which goes to provide camperships at 4-H camp Shankitunk in memory of Terry Kaufman.
Learn the process of making maple syrup. Sample fresh-spun maple cotton fluff, maple popcorn & peanuts, and enjoy a country breakfast of pancakes, eggs, sausage, and 100% Pure Maple Syrup!
A portion of the proceeds from Maple Weekend go to support the 4-H Camp Shankitunk Terry Kaufman Memorial Campership, which provides three partial camperships for Delaware County youths. In 2019, we raised over $1,300, with additional funds donated directly to 4-H Camp Shankitunk. During Maple Weekend, 4-H volunteers, in addition to our family, help cook and serve our pancake breakfasts. We couldn’t do it without them!
Maple syrup and products will be available for sale.
Heated facility. Restroom & high chair available. Wish we could, but no pets please.
Hope for sunshine but be prepared for mud!
